1. How to participate in the contest?

Requirements for participating in the Contest:

1. Submit the creative concept, which must be completed and uploaded online within the call for entries' stipulated dates.
2. Must be between 18 and 30 years of age, as referred to in Rule Three. This must be accredited by presenting appropriate documentation as deemed by the Organisers.
3. Upload the design proposal and related documents before the deadline (03/24/2025).

2. What are the requirements and documentation for my design?

The candidate must prepare the following creative materials:

1. Creative and original design of a vinyl for the SEAT Ibiza car in 1:1 scale format and high resolution, suitable for high-quality vinyl printing.
2. Design 2 merchandising elements that complement the design and align with the brand values. I.e. T-Shirts, hoodies, sunglasses, mugs, tote bags, home décor…
3. Create 2 creative designs or 3D models for additional accessories for the interior of the vehicle. These must be add-ons and not intended for standard vehicle components.
4. Design SEAT’s 75th-anniversary logo design as part of the creative concept.
5. A short video answering specific questions about the creative proposal and its connection to SEAT’s values and vision. The video should not exceed 3 minutes and can be in English or Spanish. It must be submitted as a hidden YouTube video link.
Submission: Once the design is completed, entrants must submit their content to the SEAT website (web link), following the established instructions and formats.

3. In what format should I send my design?

Designs must be submitted in PDF file format. For the video, share the hidden YouTube video link. Ensure all shared links for documentation are openly accessible, without any encryption or password.

4. Can I submit more than one PDF with my creative proposal?

Yes. Once you upload a PDF, you must click the 'Select PDF (Maximum 500mb)' button again, which will allow you to upload another one.

In total, you can upload up to 5 files (including PDFs and YouTube links).


5. What is the deadline for submitting my proposal?

Deadline: Submissions will be accepted from February 24, 2025, until March 24, 2025, at 23:59 hours (Central European Time) through a participation form found at the provided web address. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

6. Can I participate if I am not a professional designer?

Yes, advanced design skills are not required to participate in the contest. All young, creative individuals passionate about design are encouraged to participate.

7. What happens if my design is selected?

Notification: Winners and Runners-Up will be notified in advance by email or phone by April 8, 2025. The Winner must accept or reject the Prize within 48 hours of notification. If the top three finalists are unreachable, decline, or fail to accept the prize, alternates will be considered.

8. How is the winner chosen?

Selection Process:

All applications will be reviewed for compliance with the established requirements. Non-compliant applications will be discarded.
A jury will select the top 10 designs based on originality, creativity, and technical quality, aligned with SEAT’s core values: unexpected, creative, vibrant, elegant, provocative, edgy.
Three finalists will be awarded prizes, with the first being the competition winner and the other two recognized as Runners-Up.

9. How can I know the status of my participation?

Status Updates: Only the Winner, 2nd, and 3rd finalists will be contacted. The status of participation cannot be tracked by others.
